Emmanuel's dish selection combines reasonable prices with great French Gastronomy. He
was trained with "La Crème de la Crème",
including French Masters such as Joel Robuchon and Alain
Ducasse, Jacques Sénéchal... His first Restaurant "La Grand Rue" in the 15th arrondissement of Paris was awarded by the famous Restaurant guide "Pudlo" For its success in combining great courses along with great price. His passion for cooking led him to the United States in the San Francisco Bay area where he spent a couple of years sharing his savoir faire. But it is in the Lovely and charming French Provence that he and his wife Nathalie have decided to anchor in 2011. All year round, "La Carte" of Clos Saint Roch offers a wide range of courses prepared with seasonal and local products. |
